Kava,  more commonly known as Tursk Kava or Turskav Kava, is the Turkish style of making coffee.  The earliest evidence of coffee drinking comes from 15th-century Yemen, according a Wikipedia articlebut the first coffee house was started in Istanbul about 1640.

Turska Kava, is Slovenian and is a very popular item on of eastern European and Asian cafe's menu's. It is Espresso done the old fashion way, boiled in a pot and served in a cup with sugar.  The style of serving it does vary from slightly from region to region, but one thing you can count on is it does not come from an Espresso machine.
